My goal is to create a plan and lifestyle that helps you reach your health & fitness goals as well as mesh your current busy lifestyle by getting in your fitness, healthier eating and a new way of thinking. It is vital that you give me feedback as you go through your journey and most importantly listen to your body. Each individual is complex and different.
Therefore, as I take where you are now and with your eating and fitness start to “clean and tighten” up your diet and activity, we may discover that your body works best with many small meals or maybe less frequent and larger meals. There are individuals who have hurt their metabolism, do better with higher fats/lower carb, gluten-free, dairy- free, intermittent fast, etc. I have also researched gut health, keto, paleo, fitness completion training and more. As well as trying these variations in my own journey.
The only way we will know what works best for you is if you intuitively listen to your body, have open communication with me and we work together as you progress through your journey.
There is no way for me to look at you and a short questionnaire and know the exact steps to take you to your goal. However, those things along with improving your current lifestyle, will give us a great place to start and open communication.
