After I filmed this video I went inside, put my salmon in the toaster oven, put my chicken broth on the stove and DID MY CORE/ABS while supper was warming up! Thanks for holding me accountable!
Here was my core workout:
one giant super set, 3 rounds, rest for a minute or two after each circuit
15 reps ball crunch
15 reps each side bicycle
30 second hover hold (plank on elbows)
